These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the HMPL Sports Store, including browsing products, creating an account, and placing orders. By using the store, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. HMPL Sports may suspend accounts that are misused or contain inaccurate information.

Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address supplied. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Unless stated otherwise on a product page:

• Unworn and unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Custom or personalised team orders may not be eligible for return
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once items are received and inspected

Payment processing is handled by certified payment providers. HMPL Sports does not store full card numbers on its own servers unless required by the chosen processor and applicable law.
